Inner page, simple: no sub-navigation

The reader picked the section in the menu already, so the page opens with the section name and goes straight to the content. Three ways to do the title row. Screenshots at 1885×930, click for the live page. Content starts at 250–280px in all three.

D

Title only

Kicker (the menu group) and the page name, then the content. No standfirst, no links, no line. The quietest option. Works when the content explains itself (Events, News, Team). On Fees the reader gets no pointer to the binding document until the note under the table.

E

Title + one contextual element on the right, hairline under the row

Same title, and the right end of the row carries the one thing that page needs: filter chips on Events (All / Conferences / Webinars / Meetups, a mock for now), the binding Fee Schedule PDF and the $100 000 minimum on Fees, a "Contact us" link on Team, the licence line on Documents. One line of orientation without a paragraph. The hairline closes the row so the cards read as a list under it.

F

Title left, standfirst right

Title in the left half, a two-line standfirst with one link in the right half, hairline under both. Keeps the explanatory sentence (useful on Fees, Documents, Partners) without stacking it under the title, so it costs no extra height. Investec's page-intro pattern.
